Embracing Change is a way for women to gather and gain new insights on managing change and learning about one's self. This is an opportunity for a woman to listen to her own voice and learn to trust in an environment free of judgment and criticism.

Embracing Change
is combination of training program, creative process work, and interaction where women join in community to explore their changing roles. The benefit of this format is that you will gain positive support and encouragement from women just like you. As a result of discussions, writing, and art making, you will experience new realizations and learn to thrive in the face of change.

Changes explored may be defined as, but not limited to: health issues, divorce, returning to work after time off, menopause, care giving role reversals, empty nest, relocation, children moving out or adult children moving back in, job changes, re-marriage, retirement, etc.

Participants will leave with confidence in their ability to maneuver through change in whatever form it takes, as well as a new way to view change.

This 3 hour workshop was designed by Artist and Facilitator Barbara Goldberg and Personal and Professional Coach Ellen Burton. Barbara is passionate about using process based art for personal awareness and growth. Ellen is a spirit centered success coach and trainer dedicated to supporting women in following their instincts.

Their dream is to provide a fun, creative and safe place for women to lean into their transitions with self awareness, grace and confidence. Barbara and Ellen feel strongly that we are all meant to live, love and work together, as community in order to successfully move through life's inevitable changes. So they created this special time and space for just that.

Please join us for the music, laughter, wisdom, and success strategies that will help you Embrace Change and embrace your life. Welcome! You are not alone.
